Answers to the most common questions about setting up and running JaldiDM on the WhatsApp Business API.
Sign up at app.jaldidm.com using your business email. Once your account is created, you can log in, connect a WhatsApp number, and start setting up templates and broadcasts. If you would like a walkthrough before you begin, see how it works.
You need three things: a verified Meta Business account, a phone number that can receive an SMS or voice code for verification, and at least one approved message template for outbound broadcasts. JaldiDM is an official Meta Tech Provider and runs entirely on the WhatsApp Business (Cloud) API, so no phone hardware or SIM stays online once you are set up.
Go to the number setup screen in your dashboard and follow the guided Meta embedded signup. You will select your Business account, add the phone number, and verify it with the code Meta sends. Once verified, the number is live on the API and ready to send.
Yes, but a number that is currently active on the consumer WhatsApp app or the WhatsApp Business app cannot be used on the API at the same time. You must first migrate or delete that number from the app so it is fully removed, and only then can it be registered on the Cloud API through JaldiDM. Once migrated, the number can no longer be used inside the phone app; all messaging happens through your JaldiDM inbox instead.
Meta requires that any message you send to a customer outside the 24-hour service window uses a pre-approved template. This protects users from spam and keeps your number in good standing. You create and submit templates from your dashboard, and once approved you can use them in broadcasts and automations.
Most templates are reviewed by Meta within a few minutes, though it can occasionally take a few hours. You will see the status update to Approved or Rejected in your dashboard. Rejected templates usually just need small wording changes before you resubmit.
Only message people who have opted in, keep your content relevant and useful, and avoid sending large volumes to cold or purchased lists. Meta assigns your number a quality rating based on how recipients respond, so watch that rating and slow down if it drops. Good opt-ins and low block rates are the best protection.
JaldiDM offers monthly plans priced in ₹ to suit businesses of different sizes. You can compare features and inclusions on the pricing page and upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Yes. Your JaldiDM plan covers the platform, while Meta bills its own per-conversation charges on top. These conversation fees are set by Meta and vary by conversation category and country, and they are charged in addition to your plan subscription.
The most common causes are a template that is not yet approved, parameters that do not match the template's placeholders, or a phone number whose quality rating has dropped too low to send. Check the template status, confirm the number and order of your variables, and review your quality rating in the dashboard.
Incoming messages rely on the webhook connection between Meta and JaldiDM. If replies are not appearing in your inbox, confirm that the webhook is connected and subscribed for your number in the setup screen, then send a test message to verify delivery.
