Data Deletion

JaldiDM respects your right to control your data. This page explains how businesses (our Customers) and end-users can request that their data be deleted from the JaldiDM platform.

1. For businesses using JaldiDM

• In-app: You can delete individual conversations, contacts, and message data directly from your dashboard.
• Full account deletion: To permanently delete your account and all associated data (business profile, contacts, messages, and connected number credentials), email support@jaldidm.com from your registered email with the subject line "Delete my account".
• We will process verified requests and delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

2. For end-users (customers of a business)

If a business messaged you through JaldiDM and you want your data removed, please contact that business directly — they are the controller of your data. You may also email us at support@jaldidm.com and we will forward and assist with your request as that business's data processor.

3. What gets deleted

• Your profile information, contact details, notes, and labels.
• Message and conversation history stored on the platform.
• Any connected WhatsApp Business Account access tokens and configuration (for account deletion).

Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

4. Automated deletion callback

For requests initiated through Meta / Facebook Login, our data-deletion callback endpoint processes the request and returns a confirmation. If you reached this page from such a request, no further action is needed — your data will be deleted as described above.
